The look and feel of a swing tag depends in many ways on the paperstock chosen and what message you want to project.
You can simply upload your print-ready designs on our page for Swing Tags and click on: "Upload Your Design". The accepted file formats are: TIF, TIFF, PDF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, and PNG.
All product options such as the size, paper stock, colour options, and quantity can be chosen under the same link before uploading.
Your design will then be displayed via our Instant Online Proof where you can do a final check of your design.
Another option is to have one of our trained staff check your files carefully for a small fee. If you prefer to have your card more closely inspected, choose the Manual Proof , where you'll receive a link to a PDF for final approval.
Bleed is the portion of the product that will be trimmed off when it is cut to the final size.
We print your product on an oversized sheet that gets trimmed down, so it's required that the images extend beyond the trim zone/line. That extra margin is what we refer to as the bleed, and is used to guarantee that you don't have white edges on your product when it is trimmed to final size.

The diameter of the swing tags hole is 3mm. Strings or Chords are not provided with the swing tags, we deliver the paper product only. Folded swing tags will be delivered flat, not folded.
Once your order is approved for print and paid, the turnaround time for your product starts.
Normally our printing time is only 2 working days for 300 g Glossy 2 Sides + UV High Gloss Coating. Additional options may result in 1 additional working day. For any other paper stocks or options please see our Turnaround Times.
Shipping time begins when your order is done printing and ready to ship. Shipping time is in addition to the print time and our products are delivered within 2-4 working days with our fast, yet cost-effective, standard shipping.
You will receive an email notification as soon as it is ready. The email will include the tracking number so that you can keep track of the progress of your package. Shipping time varies depending on the destination and the shipping method.
Although we cannot guarantee 100% colour matching, we recommend limited usage of blues and reds, simply because they are the hardest colours to match. We also recommend limited usage of dark and heavy colours on uncoated stock (or on 100 g stock), because the paper may soak in the colour and offset.
We do however guarantee up to 85% colour match to industry standard, due to the type of printing we offer. Thus, there may be up to a 15% colour shift on your final printed product.
We do not print PANTONE® colours; we require CMYK files.
Depending from which country you are ordering, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Maestro. We also accept Sofort and iDeal.
Maestro may not be available through all financial institutions. Should you encounter any billing problems using this method, please check with your bank to ensure that your card is authorised for this type of payment.
If your credit card is declined, this can be caused by either insufficient funds or a simple data entry error. If that happens, you promptly will receive an email to alert you.
